Fancy A Bite Or Two, Heads Towards Our Street-Food Terrace

With all the dancing and colour throwing, save some time to indulge in some delicious street food. We know we’re an Indian festival but this year we though to throw out the rulebook, do some thing different and present some amazing food from around the world.

Food is another part of the festival, so we’ve brought in the experts – ‘no not Kirat’s Uncle from down the road’ but the Midlands biggest street-food event -producers Taste and Liquor, to create a delicious street-food area. Featuring street-food traders championing street food favorites and global mouth-watering dishes served with a selection Indian inspired cocktails, Craft Beers and hot Indian Chai.

Manga Singh from Taste and Liquor explains more: “We’re extremely delighted to be part of this year’s Holi Rave Festival, our street food traders who present great food from around the world will entice guests to step into unknown food territory and voyage on a culinary journey of discovery.’’

Taste and Liquor will incorporate globally inspired flavors into dishes offering both Indian and international flavor fusions to the festival line-up! Yum Yum!!!
